1. Special Funding
1）Authorization for enterprises and individuals in China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan): 3000 Yuan for each invention patent, 800 Yuan for each utility model patent (limited to 10 pieces) and 300 Yuan for each appearance design patent (limited to 10 pieces);
2）Authorization for first beneficiaries of institutions and community patent in China: 1800 Yuan for each invention patent,480 Yuan for each utility model patent and 180 Yuan for each appearance design patent, up to 250,000 Yuan;
3）New authorization for the foreign (by PCT) in the current year: 3,000 Yuan for one country for invention patent, and 1,200 Yuan for one country for other patents; up to three countries for the same technical program;
4）For enterprises purchased the patent insurance: apply for 50% subsidy after the payment of premiums (limited to 50,000 Yuan);
5）Passed the inspection acceptance of Management Practices for Enterprise Intellectual Property (GR/T29490-2013): funding of 50% of the annual inspection and evaluation, agency, printing, etc. (limited to 50,000 Yuan);
6）Collateral financing for intellectual property (patents): funding of 50% of the annual assessment fee (limited to 50,000 Yuan)
7）Winning the safeguarding rights of the intellectual property (patent): funding of 50% of search fees and judicial appraisal fee (limited to 50,000 Yuan).
2. Project Rewards
1）For those passed the national intellectual property specification system certification (GB/T29490-2013), and obtained the national "intellectual property demonstration enterprise", they will be granted with the one-time reward subsidy for no more than 2 million Yuan; for those rated as the national "advantageous enterprises of intellectual property rights", they will be given the one-time reward subsidy for no more than 1 million Yuan;
2）For the district advantageous enterprise of intellectual property rights, patent pilot parks, patent demonstration enterprises and patent pilot enterprises, they will be granted with the reward of 200,000 Yuan, 150,000 Yuan, 100,000 Yuan and 50,000 Yuan respectively;
3）For those listed as the commitment units of "Sales of real brand and genuine products, protection of intellectual property rights", the funding shall be applied by the District Chamber of Commerce, and the total amount of allocation is 50,000 to 80,000 Yuan that year;
4）For the first beneficiaries with the transfer and assignment of the valid patent right for the invention of colleges and universities and scientific research institutes, they shall be given with the reward of 1.5% of the total amount of their transactions, up to 150,000 Yuan;
5）For those having the valid patents transferred or invented independently by the enterprise, industrialization is achieved and the annual sales amount of 5 million Yuan is reached, they will be rewarded with the patent utilization of 70,000 to 120,000 Yuan;
6）For the first winner of the outstanding patent award, creation and invention award (third prize or above) of SHANGHAI and the State Intellectual Property Office, they will be given 4,000 and 6,000 Yuan respectively.
3. Protection of intellectual property rights:
For the plaintiff units and the corresponding defendant work units that safeguard their intellectual property rights through legal means, they will be subsidized with not more than 50% of the service fee (including litigation fee, arbitration fee, judicial appraisal fee and mediation legal service fee, etc.) For the same unit, the maximum annual subsidy shall not be more than 500,000 Yuan; it is encouraged that the intellectual property related industry associations, strategic research institutions, intellectual property judicial appraisal agencies, patent operators and so on can provide intellectual property professional services for the enterprises within the area and provide certain support by way of purchasing services.
4. Transfer Invention patent technology, for the first invention of the patentee, they will have the one-time award of 1.5% of the total income of its technology transfer (assignment), up to 150,000 Yuan.
5. Implementation of the effective invention patent, for the implementation and the generated economic benefits, it will be given the one-time award of 2% of the actual amount of assignment, up to 200,000 Yuan.
6. For those with the independent invention patents, and produced greater economic benefits, they will have the one-time award of 100,000 to 200,000 Yuan.
