21. Professional, Fine Management, Unique and Innovation
1）For those newly identified at municipal-level will be granted with 50,000 Yuan and 30,000 Yuan for the district-level;
2）For the bank loans incurred for production and operation, it shall be subsidized in accordance with the bank benchmark interest rate for loan of one year over the same period, with the interests at the proportion of not more than 20%, and it is up to 200,000 Yuan.
